Regulatory Status
Sovereign Ledger Capital is a trade name of Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary under any federal or state securities regulation. We do not hold any securities licenses.
Nature of Services
Our services are diagnostic in nature. We provide structural analysis of capital architecture across five dimensions (Structure, Liquidity, Allocation, Tax Efficiency, and Exposure). Our deliverables include scored assessments, constraint identification, and sequenced policy recommendations.
We do not manage assets, execute transactions, custody funds, recommend specific securities, or provide personalized investment advice. Our diagnostic reports are structural analyses and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified financial, legal, or tax professional.
Independence and Conflicts
We have no assets under management, no fund affiliations, no custody arrangements, and no commission-based relationships. We do not receive referral fees, finder’s fees, or revenue-sharing arrangements from any financial product provider, advisory firm, or custodian.
Our sole revenue source is flat-fee diagnostic retainers paid directly by clients. This structure is designed to eliminate conflicts of interest that are common in traditional wealth advisory models.
Limitations of Diagnostic Analysis
Diagnostic assessments are based entirely on the information provided by clients through intake forms. We do not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of client inputs. Assessment scores, constraint identification, and recommendations are derived from the data as submitted.
Capital markets, tax laws, and regulatory environments change over time. A diagnostic report reflects conditions as of the date of analysis and may not account for subsequent changes. Reports should be considered alongside current professional advice.
Bitcoin and Digital Assets
The SLATE diagnostic evaluates capital architecture that may include Bitcoin and other digital asset holdings. Our analysis addresses structural dimensions (custody, concentration, liquidity access) rather than price forecasts or allocation recommendations. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any digital asset.
Digital assets carry unique risks including but not limited to volatility, regulatory uncertainty, custodial risk, and technology risk. Our structural analysis does not constitute an endorsement of any asset class.
AI and Automated Systems
Portions of our diagnostic process use AI-assisted analysis to score dimensions, detect patterns, and generate narrative assessments. All deliverables are produced through a structured scoring engine with human oversight. AI is used as an analytical tool within a defined framework, not as an autonomous decision-maker.
Relationship to Crown Mosaic Holdings
Sovereign Ledger Capital operates as a DBA (doing business as) of Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC. Crown Mosaic Holdings also operates the Crown Mosaic diagnostic platform (crownmosaicplatform.com), which offers operational, alignment, and strategic diagnostics across six engines. SLATE is one of these six engines, focused specifically on capital architecture.
