These terms govern your use of the Sovereign Ledger Capital website and diagnostic services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Overview
Sovereign Ledger Capital, a trade name of Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC, provides structural capital diagnostic services through the SLATE engine. Our services include scored capital architecture assessments, constraint identification, and policy memoranda with sequenced recommendations.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not manage assets, execute transactions, custody funds, or provide security-level recommendations. Our services are diagnostic in nature.
Engagement Terms
Diagnostic engagements are initiated through a consultation application submitted via this website. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.
Accepted engagements are governed by a flat-fee retainer. Fees are communicated prior to engagement and are due before diagnostic work begins. All fees are non-refundable once diagnostic processing has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables
Diagnostic deliverables typically include a capital memorandum, decision packet, and implementation tracker. Deliverables are provided via secure, access-controlled download links. You retain permanent access to your deliverables, and we will reissue download links upon request at no additional charge.
Deliverables are prepared for your use only and may not be redistributed, published, or shared with third parties in a commercial context without prior written consent. You may share deliverables with your personal advisors, family office, or legal counsel for the purpose of acting on the diagnostic findings.
Intellectual Property
The SLATE framework, scoring methodology, diagnostic engine, report templates, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC. Your engagement grants you a license to use the deliverables produced for your engagement. It does not grant any rights to the underlying methodology or systems.
Limitation of Liability
Diagnostic reports and recommendations are based on the information you provide through intake forms. We do not independently verify the accuracy of your inputs. Our assessments are structural analyses, not financial advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advisory services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our deliverables. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
